From Tracey Santiago, 6 hrs ago: Lallie Bucoy is still in her rented apt at 11492 Apt 1 Perez Apt., Mayondon, Los Banos Laguna. Her apartment is very near the bay. The street where she lives is now part of the bay. The boats going around r now used to transfer evacuees to another evacuation area. She’s all alone. Pls help me find help by reposting this!
